Informations of Witnesses severally taken and
acknowledged on the Behalf of Our Sovereign Lord the
King. touching the Death of John Andrews< no role > , at the
Dwelling House of Thomas Roberts< no role > known by
the Sign of the Cheshire Cheese in the Parish of Saint
Andrew Holborn in the County of Middlesex
on the twenty seventh day of September in the
Year of Our Lord One thousand seven hundred
and [..] Eighty eight before Mr Richard Collett< no role >
One of his Majesty's Coroners for the said County
on an Inquisition then and there taken on
View of the Body of the said John Andrews< no role >
then and there lying dead , as follows (to witt)

Jeremiah Taylor< no role > of Bell Yard Carvey Street
Surgeon , being sworn and Examined, upon his
Oath saith as follows (Vizt)." I was called to the"
"Assistance of the deceased, about three o Clock"
"of the Wednesday Morning, I got to the Eagle"
"Publick House, Eagle Street, Holborn , between"
"three & four o Clock that Morning, I found Mr."
"Farley there, who was Just come, We-"
"examined Him together, I found a long Wound"
"on the right side the Chest, and extending"
"under the Arm, but it was not of any"
"Material Consequence, being little more"
"Than skins deep, it had the appearance of"
having been done with a Knifethere was"
"a Wound on the Left side of the Chest,"
