Colliver< no role > are kept out of the way by the said William Cook< no role >
to prevent giving theirhistestimony on the said Indictment in
this prosecution which information this deponents verily believes to be true Robert Bood< no role > for himself saith that
he was in Company with the other deponent John Nelson< no role >
on Friday the Seventeenth Instant endeavoring to serve
the said James Ivey< no role > and Robert Colliver< no role > with such
Subpoenas in the above prosecution but could not got any
information when to find them notwithstanding he and the
other deponent John Nelson< no role > made the most minute
enquiry after them [..] And the first Deponent James Lyon< no role >
Castly saith that the said James Ivey< no role > and the said Robert Colliver< no role > are material
Witnesses in this Prosecution and without their Testimony this [..]
deponent saith that he is advised he cannot support with safety the said
prosecution
