Who being upon Oath severally say and first the
said John Pistor< no role >
for himself says that on Friday
the 16th. of November Instant a person now
present who calls himself William Ludlam< no role >
came to this Informants Shop in Leadenhall Street
aforesaid and said that he wanted an Organ for
his Children in the Country who were Seventy
Miles distant That said William Ludlam< no role >
made choice of an Organ of the value of Ten
Guineas and went away saying that he would call
for it either that evening or the next That the
following Evening said Ludlam came again and
pulling out some Cash observed that he had not Cash
enough and then in Payment for said Organ gave
this Informant the Bill of Exchange now produced
Purporting to be the Bill of Exchange of F. Foot
on Messrs. Pybus and Company new Bond Street
London for the Payment of Fourteen Pounds to
James Duff< no role >
