for himself says that he was present at the
time said Ashmore took up the Hat now produced
and found in said Batten's Room and that he
Saw him remove the lining on one side and
take out thereof the duplicate now produced And
this Informant further says that he received
the said duplicate from said Ashmore That after
making enquiries he found that said duplicate
came from the Shop of said John Quick< no role >
that he went to said Quicks when said Quick
produced the property particularized in the said
duplicate And the said John Quick< no role > for himself
says that on Tuesday the 30th. of October last the
Person now present who calls himself Francis
Pritchard came to his Shop and pledged the
Frock Coat now produced for One Shilling
and Six pence which this Informant gave
to said Pritchard And the Said Thomas
Berry for himself Says that he wrote the
duplicate now produced by the direction of
his said Master
