Philip Wilson< no role > of Barnett in the County of Herts
Gentleman a Pupil in the London Hospital maketh
Oath and saith that he received into the said
Hospitaltheon the twenty third Day of August last
one John Ward< no role > who was brought thither in a languid
State much bruised which the said John Ward< no role >
represented to this Deponent to have been
occasioned by a fall from a Ladder on the
Stones And this Deponent further saith that
the said John Ward< no role > died in the said Hospital
on the Day after he was brought in and his
Death was in the opinion of this Deponent
occasioned by the Bruises he had received
And this Deponent further saith that he appeard
before the Coroner and a Jury impanelled to
inquire into the Cause of the Death of the said
John Ward< no role > and gave Evidence to the above purport
when he this Deponent entered into a Recognizance
to appear at the then next and now last Sessions
to prosecute one Thomas Williams< no role > with whom
it appeared upon the Inquest the said John
Ward had been fighting And this Deponent further
saith that the Wife of the deceased and several others
also appeared before the Coroner and gave
Evidence upon the said Inquest And this Deponent
further saith that he was informed by the Coroner
