The joint and several Informations of Mally Rogers of Saint
Mary Axe in the City of London , Servant to William Robinson< no role > of the same
Place, Peruke maker and George Beily, of [..] Holywell Row , Shoreditch , in
the County of Middlesex , late Marian on Board the East India Company's
sessd the Bellenont, taken before me, Sir William Plomer< no role > Knight , one of
His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the City of London Who being
upon Oath say And first the said Mally Rogers for herself saith that on
the seventh Day of Septmber last, the Prisoner now under Examination,
William Jones< no role > , together with a Person calling himself [..] George Ryley< no role > , called
at the House of his said Master Says that [..] the many
Man with him had a Note belonging to the Bellemont to dispose of [..]
that she told him they had had such tad Luck lately she did not
she bought any or no Says the Prisoner said "You bought mine before
"was not that a good one" Says she told him it certainly was the
Prisoner their said "this young Man's is a good one also or I would not
"have brought him" and added that they had not got it with them, but they
would return in the Afternoon Says that they accordingly did return, and
this Informant bought the said Bill, and paid the other Person, who
personated George Ryland< no role > the Sum of seven Pounds and seventeen Shillings
for the same Says that on the Day the said Ship the Bellemont was paid
of this Informant took the said Bill to the India House , and was told it was
in [..] Imposition, and the said Bill was detained at the India House

And the said George Reily for himself saith that he
was a Mariner on Board the said Vessel the Bellemont, at the same Time with the
Prisoner , and often heard him call Thomas [..] Grey< no role > also a Mariner on Board
the said Ship by his Name Saith that he did not size the Power now
produced, nor any other Power to any Person to receive his Wages
