being upon Oath, saith, that he believes he is thirty two

thereabouts he was bound Apprentice

And this Examinant further saith
that he worked as a Journeyman
with Mr Meyrick a
Ribbon Weaver in Goldsmith Street Messr Mess and
Gammage in Church Street
, Mr Payne in Church Street
Messrs. Bennett and Parker in Friday Street
and Mr Hewitt in
Stewart Street, Weavers
, about five or six Years, when
Employment being slack, he worked in the Distillery Line
about two Years
And this Examinant further saith that
the Private Stills being put down he got Employment for nine or ten months as
a Waiter at the Queen of Bohemia's Head in Wych Street
Drury Lane
and when he quitted that Service he went to the
Adam and Eve
in Tottenham Court Road
where he remained
six or seven Months, when a Relation of his Wife's dying
left him some Money, which enabled him to set up a
Loom of his own, which he has continued to work to the
Time of his Apprehension.
