The Examination of Edward Owen< no role >
Servant to David and Richard Price< no role >
of the Ship in Line Street London
taken upon Oath the 13. Day of
March 1786

Saith that he has lived with the said David and Richard
Price about Seven Weeks, and has seen the Prisoners Howlett
Twice at his Masters House in Company with the prisoner
Green and another person (Whose Name Examinant doth
not Know) previous to the said Howlett being apprehended
and the last Time the Prisoner Oliver came in, a short Time
after the said Howlett, Green and the said Person, and that
the said Person who came in with the said Howlett and Green
was a Man of a low Size and rather advanced in years,
That he this Examinant observed the said Howlett Green
and their said Companion to be feemingly familiar at
a Square Table as if they had been long acquainted, at the
Time when Oliver came in without asking any Questions
about Who, were in the Room, That he this Examinant
supplied the said Howlett, Green and their said Companion
with Three Gills of Wine according to their Desire, and
Examinant met the said Oliver going up to them with
a Glass of Room in his Hand. That he this Examinant
did not observe whilst the said Prisoners were in the
Room any Letters on the Table about which they sat
That Examinant received of the said Fowlett one Shillings
for the said three Gills of Wine, and about Ten Minutes
after Thomas Williams< no role > came in and enquired if the
Gentleman , was up Stairs who came in with the said
Howlett and Green , Examinant replied He believed
he was, but was not sure, upon which the said Williams
