Taken upon Oath before me Edward
Webster Esqr. one of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace
in and for the
County of Middlesex
this 3d. day
of April 1786
This Informant, upon lies Oath saith
that on the 2d. day of this Instant April he hired
a Hackney Coach No. 888, which took him up
from Ely Place
[..] Holborn and carried himfrom
to Granville Street Rathbane Place Oxford Street
in which was to bundle cantaining two Silver
salt Spoons, one Plated Coffee Pot, one Plated
Waiter, are plated Cross [..] stand, Several
Watkins and Towelsand six Pictures in
Gold frances, and Six Pictures in black frames
and at the time this said Informant was set
down he forgot to take out of the Coach the things
above mentioned and further saith that a Porran
who calls himself by the name of William Willan< no role >
was the drivers of the said Coach and [..] of the said
thing being in the Coach by hotkins to put them
in and further saith that he said William
Wilson did feloniously take and drive away
