The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Olave Hart Street
in the City of London
Sheweth
That by an order under the hands and Seals of T. Wright and
R. Clark Esquire
two of his Majesty's in for the said City of London
and the
Liberties thereof (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the twenty
Fifth day of January One thousand Seven hundred and eighty six James
Khaoa aged eleven Years and upwards the Son of John Khaoa
Removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saint Giles without Cripplegate
London to the said Parish of Saint Olave Hart Street
as the place of his
last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioner think themselves aggrieved
and appeal to this Court against the same
Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Pray this Court will please to appoint a time
for hearing and determining the said Appeal
and that all persons concerned may then attend
