Take Notice that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint James within the
Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex
Do intend
at the next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be
holden in and for the City of London
and Liberties thereof
to commence and prosecute an Appeal against an Order of
Removal or Pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals of
I Wright Esqr

. two of His
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said City of London
and Liberties thereof one being of the Quorum bearing date
the 30th. day of December last whereby Alexander Vicary was
removed and conveyed from and out of the said Parish of Saint
Vedast London to the said Parish of Saint James Westminster
as the Place of his last Legal Settlement and that the
said
Court will be moved by Council that the hearing and
determining of the said Appeal may be respited until the
next General Session of the Peace to be holden in and for
the said City and Liberties thereof. Dated this 7th. day of
