Thomas Price< no role > of East smithfield in the County of Middlesex
Mariner Maketh Oath and Saith that Robert Boulton< no role > Captain
of the Amity Merchant man is a material Witness in Support
of the Defence of the said Prisoner and without whose Testimony
this Deponent is Advised and believes the said Defendant
Cannot safely proceed to take the Trial on the Indictment
found against them And this Deponent further Saith
That he hath made diligent Search for the Said Robert
Boulton and this Deponent upon Such Enquiry has
not been able to Procure the Attendance of the said Robert
Boulton but Apprehends and believes that he will
Attend this Honourable Court to Morrow
