WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto us [..]
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the Church [..]
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum
by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Saint Mary Mainthaw
London, That Mary the Widow of Joseph to
was
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and was likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented which Complaint [..]
the said Justices [..] thereof [..]
the Oath of the said Sarah as otherwise
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Mary
to be in the said Parish of Tottenham
in the County of Middlesex
and that thitherto She ought by Law to be sent.

London, forthwith to remove and convey the said [..]
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish

And Her deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to Some or one of them together [..]
