day of October instant when these Deponents were severally
informed by Ball the Wife of the said Thomas Ball< no role > upon
producing the said Subpana to and acquainted her with the Cause of
their Application that the said Thomas Ball< no role > received a Letter on
Tuesday the Eighteenth day of October instant from the County of Herts
as she believed and in Consequence thereof went immediately into the
Country which Business the apprehended will necessarily detain him
at that place for some days to come which Information these Deponents
James Hayward< no role > and John Lightfoot< no role > verily believe to be strictly true
And these Deponents James Hayward< no role > and John Lightfoot< no role > further say
that they these Deponents did this Day attend at the House of William
Eavers
< no role > late of Golden Lane London but now of Wood Street Compter
Pewterer in Order to have Subpana'd the Wife of the said William
Eavers on this Deponent James Hayward< no role > 's Behalf and whom this
Deponent James Hayward< no role > is informed and verily believes will also be a
very material Witness on this Deponent James Haywards Behalf at the
Trial of this Indictment when these Deponents upon seeing the
said Catherine Eaverstaken then Deponentsfound her so far advanced
in her Pregnancy that the said Catherine Eavers is expected to be
delivered every instant and they these Deponents have been
informed and verily believe that her Life would be in the utmost
Danger was the said Catherine Eavers< no role > to quit her Chamber for
