which John Neal< no role > confessed to have bought of the sd
John George & Thomas Mount< no role > but this Examt had no
Share of the Money and they Examt further Saith that
on the 11th day of this prsent Augt. he this Examt & the
sd John George Stole from Edward Thorne< no role > out of his
Lighter then lying at Dice Key three Bushells of
Malt the property of one Fisher & Johnson wch sd
malt together with one other Bushell part of the
aforesd five Bushells Stolen out of the sd Garratts
Barge as aforesd. this Examt & the sd John George told
to a Bumboat Manand were Saith not
