Service of an Apprenticeship pursuant to that Statute
will enable Persons not free of the Company to carry on the Trade
of a Barber within London and a Mile round

I think all the Persons enumerated in the latter part of
this Question are subject to the Controul and Government
instituted by the Charts Acts and Bye Laws of the Company
The mode of inforcing obedience to them is by bringing
Actions of Debt for the Penalties given by the Statute and
Bye Laws where the Disobedience happens within the City of
London the Action may be speedily determined in the Mayor's
Court if the Proceeding shodmaybe founded on the Ordinances
ratified according to the [..] Statutes of Henry ye 7th.
the several Extentions of the Company to Seven Miles and
One Mile round London do not relate altogether the
same Subjects therefore in any Proceeding upon the
enlarged Jurisdiction of the Seven Miles circuit great Care
should be taken to distinguish exactly the ground of any
Action hereafter to be brought under this Authority of
the Company.
