one of His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace in & for the said City
this 23dday of December
1784 -

Who Saith that he made up the Bagwith
the Letters from Oxford for London about the
Hour of Seveno Clock in the Evening at
Friday the 25th. day of June last past & that
he safely forwarded from the post Office at
Oxford in a Bagsealed as usual all Letters
Which were on that Day put into the said
Office directed for London
