of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of

and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Martin Ludgate

Furiously mad, did
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and is
likely tobecome charge-
able thereto,
unless timely prevented,which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of his Father
