other Indictmt. agt. Murphy & Millar were tried, & Renohaws & Bennett gave
Bail to appear to red. Judgmt. & Etc.

After this all parties agreed to are Arbitration & left yt Mre to their
Council Mr. Keys & Mr. Rose, where Award is in favor of Renshaw & Bennett
Murphy & Millar being ordered to pay £10, each, to Renshaw & Bennett & That
thereon Genl. Release shod. be execd. by all PtiesSee ye Arbitration Bond

A Demand has been made on Murphy for yt Money but refund paying
Millar keeps out of ye Way & cannot be over

Subscribing Witness to ye Arbitration Bond of Murphy & Millar, who has been
applied to, to make affidt, of its Execn. in order to move yt Cot. of Rings Bench
that ye Submission as in yt Bond might be made a Rule of Court & [..] ment
obtained agt. Murphy & Millar for yt Money, but this Mr. Langham refuses
to do, shall more yt Cot. of Kings Bench agt. him next Term to compel it
Please to move that ye Court will discharge Deft Bail rec. Judgmt. & set a nominal
Fine on Defts.

If can say any thing to Mr. Reynolds to lot Deft off easy as to his Fees
