Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep the peace of our said
Lord the King within the said City and also to hear and determine drives
felonies trespasses and other misdeeds committed within the said City.
Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint
Martin Outwich in the City of London
have exhibitted their Petition and Appeal unto
this Court setting forth that by virtue of a pass Warrant or Order of Removal under the
hands and Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the City of London
and
Liberties thereof (one being of the Quorum) bearing date the second day of April instant

and her Child named John
aged two Years and upwards were removed and conveyed from and our of the parish of Saint
Botolph Bishopgate
in the City of London
to the said Parish of Saint Martin Outwick
as the place of their last legal settlement and that the Petitioners conceiving the themselves
aggrieved thereby humbly appealed against the same Wherefore at the request of the
Petitioners It is Ordered that the benefit of the said Appeal be saved unto them and
that the hearing and determination thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned unto
the next General Session of the peace to be holden for the said City at the Guildhall
aforesaid on Monday the second day of June now next ensuing at eight of the clock
in the morning And that due notice hereof be given unto the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of saint Botolph Bishopgate.
