The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary White< no role > Chapel
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands and
Seals of Nathaniel Newnham< no role > Mayor and John Hart< no role > Esquires
two of His Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace for the City of London
and the Liberties thereof she being of the Quorum bearing
Date the 25th day of August last John< no role > Aged Seven years
and upwards and Ann Aged four years and upwards the two
Children of John Harris< no role > by Elizabeth< no role > his Wife both Deceased
were removed and Conveyed from and out of the parish of
Saint Olave Hart Street in the sd City, of London to the Parish
of Saint Mary White Chapel in the County of Middlesex
as the last legal Settlement of the said John and Ann

That Your Petitioners Conceive themselves to be
Agrieved by the Order and Adjudication of the
said two Justices Do hereby humbly Appeal to
this Honourable Court from the same and pray
that such relief may be now had in the premises as
shall be thought meet.

And your Petitioners shall ever
pray Etc.
