it appears, that at the Session held at Guildhall
, in the Month of
January last, He this Deponent was fired Five Pounds for neglecting
to attend as a Juror And this Deponent further saith that He
never received any Summons to attend at the said Session held at
Guildhall
in the Month of January lastAnd that He this
Deponents never was informed by any Person to the best of this
Deponent's Recollection and Belief, that He was Summoned
to attend at the said SessionAnd this Deponent further
saith That He never gave any Order of Direction to any of his
Clerks or Servants, or to any other Person to conceal or with held
from Him, this Deponent any Summons whatever, that might
be last for Him this Deponent to attend as a Juror at the said
Session.
