The Information of Edward
Nichols taken before me One of
his Majestys Justices of the
peace for the said County

Who being Upon Oath saith that he is a
Journeyman floor Cloth Painter and works for
Mr. John Barnes< no role > at his Warehouse near Black
fryers Bridge that about a Week before
Michaelmas day last he saw the Gun now
produced in his Masters Warehouse when
this Informant asked his Master Apprentice
William Millard< no role > whose Gun it was when
the said William Millard< no role > told this Informants
it belonged to him and was his property
and this Informant further saith that he
saw the flate now produced in the Possession
of the other Informant Thomas Giles< no role > Brown
about three Weeks before Michael day last
