Who being on Oath Say and first the said Marmaduke Storr< no role >
Says that a Gold Watch now produced is his Property and was
Stolen in his Shop
in Birchin Lane
on Wednesday last as he
verily believes by a Person now present who calls himself John
Thomas And the said John Heather< no role >
says that on
Wednesday last the Gold Watch now produced was brought
to this Informant's Shop in Long Acre
by the said John
Thomas who offered it to Pawn for One Guinea and half
and said That He had Received it from a Man in the
Haymarket
to whom the had given two Guineas was and half
for it.
