Middlesex to wit

The Information of Francis Bine< no role > , Robert Harrison< no role >
William Wood< no role > , Thomas Buchanan< no role > , Thomas
Carpmeals and Charles Jealons< no role > taken before
me this 17th. day of February 1783 .

Who being on Oath say and first the said Francis Bine says
that this day was three Weeks he left Hall, at which time he
was charged with a Paper Parcel directed to the said Robt Harrison< no role >
& Co. from Messrs. Pease & Harrison at Hulls, containing (as he believed)
eighty Bills of Exchange for various Sums; and which Parcess [..]
was put into a Box That he brought said Box in a Chaise
to the door of the London Coffee house on Ludgate Hill ,
where it was stolen whilst this Informant was in said Coffee
house on Thursday Evening the 6th. Instant And the said Robert
Harrison says that he received a Letter of Advice of said
Bills from Hull, and does very believe that forty Bills of
Exchange now produced by the said Thomas Carpmeals, are
or part of said Bills so sent by the said Francis Bine< no role >
as aforesaid And the said William Wood< no role > says that he is
a Waiter at the London Coffee house that when Mr Bine came
there in the Chaise on the said Thursday evening, this Informant
went out to take in the Luggage That when he came to the
door, he saw a Man with a Box in his hands coming from
the Chaise, when this Informant asked whether he this Informant
should carry in said Box, who replied No and desired this
Informant to take off the Trunk which was before the Chaise
That he observed said Man put said Box down by the Coffee
house door, after which he saw no more of him and this
Informant further says he cloth believe and suspect that a
Person now present who calls himself Phillip Gibson< no role > , is
