the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the

Sheweth

That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under
the Hands and Seals of Sir Williams Plomer< no role > Knight
Mayor and Robert Pukham< no role > Esquire two of his Majesty< no role > 's
thereof, One being of the Quorum bearing Date the Twenty
fourth Day of July last Jane Sleep< no role > Singlewoman was
removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saint Catherine
Coleman. London to the said Parish of Christ Chruch as
She last legal Settlement of the said Jane Sleep< no role >

Your Petitioner's conceiving themselves
to be aggrieved by the said Pass Warrant or Order humbly
appeal to your Worships and pray Relief in the
premises and that a Day may be appointed for
the Hearing and Determination of the said
Appeal
