Thomas Champante< no role > of John Street Crutched Fryars London
Gentleman [..] the Twenty ninth day of May last he
this Depon [..] and did see Benjamin Franklin< no role > the
[..] in the [..] Seal and as his Act and Died
deliver the within written release and that the Name Benj
Franklin sighed and Subscribed opposite to the Seal affixed to
the said Release as the Party executing the same is the proper hand Writing of the said Benjamin
Franklin And this Deponent saith that the Name Bart. Hyams< no role >
set and subscribed to the said Release as one of the Witness
attesting the Executor's thereof is the proper Hand Writing of
the said Bart Hyams< no role > And lastly this Deponent saith that
the name Thos Champante also set and subscribed to the said
Release as [..] the other of the Witnessss attesting the Executors
thereof is the Proper hand in Writing and Name of this Deponent
