Who being on Oath saith, that
about eight O'Clock on Sunday Night last, he was in Company

, and there they sat drinking together
for some time-about an hour before this time, he
counted nine Guineas and a half in his Purse, and
pat the-same in his right hand breeches Pocket
Whilst Informant was sitting in the Publick House
with the Prisoner, he missed his Purse, and then the
Prisoner
was going away-Informant said to the
Prisoner You have got my Purse- the Prisoner
immediately returned the Purse, and Informant counted
the Money therein, and found no more than seven
Guineas and a half at that time in the Purse-Says
that the is fully satisfied the Prisoner took two Guineas out
of the Purse
