Charges and Expences of thesaid Action and
Tryal duly and in the usualmanner Taxed by the
Proper Officer of the said Courtof Kings Berick and
which said Costs have beenTaxed and Setled at [..]
Sum of Ninety two pounds nine shillings and six pence

That your Petitioner did on the seventh day of July last past duly
obtain and sign final Judgment in the said Action in the said Court of
King's Bench against the said Thomas Wright< no role > Evan Pugh< no role > and Robert
Peckham the Defendants therein for the said two Sums of Three thousand
six hundred and sixty seven pounds and six pe [..] nd Ninety two
pounds nine shillings and six pence making together the Sum of Three
thousand seven hundred and fifty nine pounds ten shillings being the
whole Amount of the Damages and Costs so by your Petitioner sustained
in the manner and on the Occasion aforesaid which said Final Judgment
now remains entered up of Record and in full force in the said Court.

That your Petitioner hath lately on his said Judgment so
obtained as aforesaid Sued out his Majesty< no role > 's Writ of Levari Facias in the
said Court of Kings Bench against the said Defendants in the said
Action for the raising and levying of his Your Petitioner's said Damages
and Costs and hath pursuant to the Statute or Statutes in such Case
made and Provided delivered the said Writ to the Sheriffs in such Case
City of London to be by them presented and delivered to your Lordship a [..]
Worships in Order that your Petitioner's said Damages and Costs may b [..]
raised levied and Collected on the Goods and Chattels of the Inhabitants
within the said City according to the Directions contained in the said
Statute or Statutes

Your Petitioner the Plaintiff in the said
Action therefore humbly requests and intreats your
Lordship and Your Worships that [..] will immediately
cause the said Sum of Three thousand seven hundred
and fifty nine pounds ten shillings to be raised levied and Collected
on the Inhabitants of the said City of London and to be
afterwards paid to your Petitioner the said Plaintiff he
being the Person intitled thereto and that the same Sum
may be raised levied Collected and paid in such manner
and form and by such Ways and means as are mentioned
and expressed in and by and as shall be pursuant to the
