Richard Carter< no role > and another, for privately stealing in the shop of William
Wilimot, in the parish of St. Clement Danes , 20 pair of Silk Stockings,
value 10l. Dated June 19, 1780.

94 Catherine Sherwood< no role > , in New-prison , committed by J. Sherwood and J.
Staples, Esqr . on oath of John Hill< no role > , for stealing in his dwelling house,
in Penny-fields, Poplar, 2 pair of men's shoes, a Child's shirt and hand-
kerchief, Etc. value 20s. Dated June 19, 1780.

oath of Michael Ryan< no role > , on suspicion of having, with others, unlaw-
fully, riotously and tumultuously, assembled together, to the disturb-

in great danger, and feloniously destroying the dwelling-house of David

stroying by a great and tumultuous mob. Dated June 20, 1780.

of Henry Myers< no role > , for having with others, unlawfully, riotously and
tumultuously, assembled together, to the disturbance of the public
peace, and committing great riots and depredations, whereby the lives
of many of his Majesty< no role > 's Subjects were in great danger, and feloniously
entering the dwelling-house of the late Mrs. Miles, a broker, in Wheeler-
street , in the parish of Christ-chruch, and taking thereout a bedstead,
and destroying and burning the same. Dated June 20, 1780.

aiding, abetting, encouraging and inciting the said persons in pulling
down, burning and destroying the dwelling-house and furniture of the
said William Earl< no role > of Mansfield , and continuing with the said persons
in the said unlawful riot, for the space of one hour after proclamation
made in pursuance of the statute, by the said Thomas Parker< no role > , then
being one of the Justices of the peace for the county of Middlesex .
