his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the same City at their
General Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Allhallows London Wall

Sheweth


That by an Order or Pass Warrant dated the 4th day of
June last under the hands and Seals of the Right Honourable
Samuel Plumbe< no role > Esquire Lord Mayor and James Esdaile< no role > two of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said City, Hannah< no role > the Wife
of Thomas Stewart< no role > who hath deserted her, and her two Children
Vizt Mary < no role > Aged two years and Susannah< no role > Aged two months was
Conveyed from the Parish of Saint Gile's without Cripplegate
London to the said Parish of Allhallows London Wall as the
place of their last legal Settlement

That your Petitioners Conceived themselves Aggrieved
by the said Order or Pass Warrant of the said two Justices have
Appealed against the same.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray
that this Court will be pleased to hear and
determine the said Appeal and make such
Order therein as shall be just.

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
