WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Botolph without Bishops Gates
London, That Judith Armstrong< no role > a Singlewoman
and her Magistrate Daughter Named Ann aged< no role >
Six years are

lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtained
any legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Judith as otherwise
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Judith And hun
to be in the said Parish of Saint Mary White< no role > Chapel
the County of Middlesex
and that thitherto they ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Botolph without Bishops Gate
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Judith William< no role >

from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Mary White Chapel
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with
this our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive
and provide for them according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals, this 13th Day of July One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Seventy Nine
