That by an Order of Settlement or Removal under
the Hands and Seals of the Right Honourable Samuel
Plumbe
Esquire
Lord Mayor
of the said City and Evan
Pugh Esqr
. one of the Alderman of the said City and two
of the Majestys Justices of the Peace
of the said City
bearing date the 3d. Day of March 1779
