To the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor & others
his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the City of
London in their general Quarter Sessions of the
Place for the said City at Guildhall assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Mildred the Virgin in the Poultry London

Sheweth


That by an Order of Settlement or Removal under
the Hands and Seals of the Right Honourable Samuel
Plumbe Esquire Lord Mayor of the said City and Evan
Pugh Esqr . one of the Alderman of the said City and two
of the Majestys Justices of the Peace of the said City
bearing date the 3d. Day of March 1779 Honnor Taylor< no role >
the Widows of John Taylor< no role > deceased was remove from
the Parish of Allhallows London Wall London to the
said Parish of Saint Mildred as the Place of her
last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be aggrieved

this Honourable Court against the said
Order of the said there Justices and pray
this Court to make such Order
therein as to them shall seem meet
