To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Christ Church
London, and the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Faith under Saint
Paul's in the said City
and to every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Christ Church
London, That Mary William, Widow ; did

lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and is likely tobecome charge-
able thereto,unless timely preventedwhich Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Henry William as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true: and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Mary William< no role >

to be in the said Parish of Saint Faith under Saint
Pauls in the said City of London
and that thitherto She ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Christ Church
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Mary
William
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Faith under Saint Pauls in the City of London aforesaid
And her deliver unto the Church-Warden and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some of one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for her according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this 9th Day of June One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Seventy nine
