Who being upon Oath Saith that some time in or about the Month of September
last Captain Bedlington Master of a Ship in the Service of this Deponent, bought of Thomas Tyler< no role >
late of Great Present Street Goodmans
Fields
in the County of Middlesex
Dealer and Chapman against whom a Commission
of Bankrupt hath been since awarded and issued Sundry Goods to the amount
of Sixty one pounds and [..] Ten Shillings And Saith that on the Twenty
Eighth day of December last as this Informant verily believes for the reasons
hereinafter mentioned the said Thomas Tyler< no role >
waited on thisDeponentInformant and
Requested of this Informant to accept a Draft of the said Thomas Tyler< no role >
for the said Sum of Sixty one pounds and Ten Shillings and which Draft
the said Thomas Tyler< no role >
thendrewdrew per this Informant and dated the
Same the [..] Eighteenth day of the same December and made the same
payable at Seven Months after date and which Draft this Informant
then accepted
And this Informant also Saith that he then took from the said Thomas
Tyler his receipt for the said Draft which is as follows "Received Decembr.
"18s a Bill of Mr. R. Dowding Seven Months after date for Sixty
"One pounds ten Shillings which when paid will be in full for Good delivered
to Capt. Bedlington S. Tyler< no role >

Why this Informant believes the above Transaction happened or
the Twenty eighth instead of the Eighteenth day of December last is
that directly after the said Thomas Tyler< no role >
had left this [..]
Informant this Informant read the Morning Chronicle of
the said Twenty eighth day of December Whereby he read the
said Thomas Tyler< no role >
was a Bankrupt And this Informant
believe the said Thomas Tyler< no role >
was not Advertizes as a Bankrupt
in the London Gazette till Saturday the Twenty sixth of
December last and therefore could not be in the Morning Chronicle
till the Twenty eighth day of December last
