on this they returned and in a very little time
after this she this Informant saw Young Mr. Atkins
and a tall young Man, and told Mr. Atkins the
Fire was in the Closet, on which Atkins went up to
the Closet door and cryed out when is the Key
there is no key to it; them was a cry for the Key
and on this cry the Servant Maid declared him Master
had got it on which Atkins put his Shoulder to
the Closet Door & split it,buton this she went up
Stair directly and did not returned till the Fire
had been taken outsays that [..] when she came upon the tall young
man was express his surprize how the Fire
could be put in a Cupboard within the Closet
did Atkins observing that if it had not been
discovered they musthaveall have been burn't
in their Bed, Hilliard, who was then presents
said to knew nothing about it, on which she this
Informant told Hildyard that she had heard him
in the Closet after she had gone to bed, Hilliard
answered her and said no madness, Sevent into the
Kitchen [..] she replied no it was in the
Closet [..] And this Examinant
further saith that [..] she first got into bed &
before she had lain down she heard some person
upon the Lock of the Closet Door where the Fire was
and after staying some little time she heard they
key turn'd again as if the door was, locked and the
they drawn softly out, and then she heard the door
of the Room where Hilliard and his Wife lay
open'd and shut again [..] And this Informant
further saith that she frequently saw two Jury of Link, the
one from its Length appear'd to be whole and
the other shorter, in a little open peace on the
Right hand going down Hilliards Cell an Stairs when maps & search thing used to be
and believes the last time she saw these Links
was the [..] sunday before this Alarm of Fire
says that before last wednesday who missed these Links
out of the palaces, and also the Maps and other [..]
