[..] afterwards to wit on the save 21 day of Decr-in the 19th year afsd. and often
after at the parish afousd. in the Ward aforesd. had Notice Neverthless
the said Hugh Johnson< no role > in no wise regarding his Duty in that
behalf but contriving and intending at much as in him lay altogether
to omit & put off the due execution of his said Office on the sd. 21st
day of Decr-in the 19th. year of sd. and continually after wards until
the day of the taking of this Inquisition at the Parish afsd. in the ward
afsd. in London afsd. the said Office of One of the Wardmote Inquestman
afsd. unlawfully obstinately wilfully & contimptuously did altogether
n [..] lest & return and hath reglected & refused and ye [..] deth
entirely neglect & refuse to take upon himself & exicute against
his sd. Duty To the bad example of all others in the like case offending
and against the Lease of our said Lord the King his Crown & Dignity.
