Who being severally upon Oath saith
Jointly say that a Certain Bill of exchange
for the payment of the sum of three hundred
pounds signed Richard Bailey< no role > which was
Rendered [..] to their father Francis Rybot< no role > by Robert Jacques< no role >
they verily believe is not the hand writing of the send Richard
Bailey they the said Francis Thomas
Rybot and Charles Rybot< no role > do therefore charges the said
Robert Jacques on a strong suspicion of
Feloniously for giving and Counterfeiting the send
Bill of exchange for the sum of three Hundred
Pounds purporting to be the Bill can handwriting
of the send Richard Bailey< no role > and [..] cas [..] true Bill his owing the same
to be false forged and counterfeit with intent to
cheat and defraud Francis Rybot there father
of the said sum of three Hundred Pounds
