Who being upon Oath say and first the said George Ottley< no role >
for himself says that in the night between the 11th. &12th.
of June last his House in Holborn was broke open and robbed
of a quantity of Bank Notes BIlls of Exchange Promissory
Notes and Cash to the amount of four hundred pounds
and upwards and that he does verily believe that the
Bank Note for £40 now produced by the said William Laws< no role >
is one of the Bank Noted which were stolen from him at
the time above mentioned, and the said William Laws< no role >
for himself says that he received the said Bank note
for £40 from Edward Francis< no role >
