Apothecaries maketh Oath and saith that he was sent
[..] for to the Castle Eating House in St. Michael's Alley
Cornhill on Saturday last the 7th. of March inst. about the [..] of five in the afternoon where
Dept. went and found the deced bleeding at the Nose;
says the deced told him to had bled much some times
before on which Dept. asked him what occasioned it, on
which he told Dept. that he had lead upon a peice of
orange Peel and full upon his Nose and them by [..]
his Nose and Cheek, that thereupon Dept. applied a little
Fryers Batsam [..] used fomented, his Clerk to abate the
Swelling and then the deced went home as Dept. believes
and [..] says the deced did not appear to Dept.
to be sensible whilst Dept. was with him.

Thomas Rawlins< no role > of Danes Farm in the County of
Dorset Farmer and Father in Law to the deceased
maketh Oath and saith that he was present on Saturday
the 7th. day of March inst. when the deced and Banger went
out together from the Dwelling House of the deced and
Dept. was also present there when the deced returned home
in the Evening of the same which was about 8 or 9
o'Clock as Dept. believes out is not certain as to the time that the deced then appeared
to have been very muchbeatbruised his face being
very black and bloody, that Dept. asked him where he had
been to which he answered that he had been at the King's
Arms Tavern in Cornhill with Banger and that he and
Banger had been fighting there together, and that Berger had
there produced two Pistols and desired [..] the deced to take
one of them, but that the deced referred, on which Banger
gave the deced abusive language and threatned to came
the deced and did strike him sevl. blowes with the Lane abt.
his [..] Fuse Neck and Shoulders [..] presently after which
Banger left the Room & the deced [..] followed him

And Deponent Further Saith that the deced informed Dept.
[..] as did also the said Banger, that the said Banger had
Colted the Door of the Room in which the deced and
Banger were at the Kign's Arms Tavern aforesaid.
