The Information of John Goodall< no role > taken before
me this 26th. day of December 1777

Who being upon Oath says that on the14th. day of August last he bought
of Thomas Sherwood< no role > now present eight hundred pounds Stock of the
three percent Annuities 1751 transferrable at the South Sea House
for which he paid the said Thomas Sherwood< no role > five hundred and eighty
four pounds by virtue of a Letter of Attorney now produced purporting
to be the Letter of Attorney of the Revd : John Myonnett< no role > DD and the Revd . Jas. French< no role >
in whose Names the said Stock was then standing

and this Informant John Goodall< no role > on this 29th. Day of December
further says that Samuel Burton< no role > now present hath acknowledged
to him that the Name Saml. Burton signed as a Witness to the
said Letter of Attorney is of the Handwriting of the said Samuel
Burton
