deceased was removed from and out of the said
Parish of Saint Andrew Undershaft
in the City of London
unto the said Parish of Saint Catherine Cree Church
in the

as the Place of the last legal Settlement of

Your Petitioners conceiving them
selves aggrieved by the said Pass
Warrant or Order of Removal of the
said two Justices Do humbly Appeal
to this Honorable Court against the
same praying such Relief in the Premise
as to this Court shall seem meet
