Lord Mayor the Worshipful the
Aldermen and other his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace in and for
the City of London and Liberties
thereof At the General Quarter Session
of the Peace Guildhall assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Catherine Cree Church in the
City of London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Certain Pass Warrant Order of Removal
under the Hands and Seals of the Right Honorable Thomas
Hallifax
< no role > Mayor of the said City and William Lee< no role > Esquire two
of his Majesty's Justices for the said City and Liberties thereof
(one being of the Quorum) bearing date the Twenty Sixth day
of February last past whereby Elizabeth Glee< no role > the Widow of
Daniel Glee< no role > deceased was removed from and out of the said
Parish of Saint Andrew Undershaft in the City of London
unto the said Parish of Saint Catherine Cree Church in the
City of London as the Place of the last legal Settlement of
the said Elizabeth Glee< no role >

Your Petitioners conceiving them
selves aggrieved by the said Pass
Warrant or Order of Removal of the
said two Justices Do humbly Appeal
to this Honorable Court against the
same praying such Relief in the Premise
as to this Court shall seem meet

And your Petitioners
shall ever pray
