Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Dunstan in
the West
in the Liberty of the City of
London
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order of Removal
bearing Date the Third Day of February last
past under the Hands and Seals of
Frederick Bull< no role >
and
Richard Clark< no role >
Esquires
two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace
for the said City of London
and
Liberties thereof one being of the Quorum
Jane Jones< no role >
a Singlewoman
was removed from the
Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
in the Liberty of
the said City of London
to the said Parish of Saint
Dunstan in the West And the said Justices in and
by the said Order of Removal adjudged the last Legal
Settlement of the said
Jane Jones< no role >
to be in the said
Parish of Saint Dunstan in the West
.
That your Petitioners Conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Order and Adjudicator In as much
as they are advised and believe that the Legal Settlement
of the said Jane Jones< no role >
is not (as thereby supposed) in the
said Parish of Saint Dunstan in the West
Your Petitioners therefore
humbly appeal against the
said Order of Removal and
pray that the same may be
Quashed And that this Honourable
Court will be pleased to make
such further Order in the
Premises as to them Shall
seem meet
And your Petitioners shall
ever pray Etc.
