himself-says, that he and all the others before named
knew of Armstrong returning from Transportation-this
Informant has seen Lipd only last Saturday Seen night,
since Armstrong was shot, and has not seen Sanders before
his being brought to the bar-Informant now says, he is
certain that Lipe (meaning the prisoner Abrahams) and
Sarders Alexander were the two men before desired to
be with Armstrong in great Coals in Winchester Street
he also declares that a third pair of pistols which are
shewn to him, are the same Armstrong took out with
him the Evening he was shot-Informant cannot tell
who the two rooms occupied by Armstrong and Lipe
proerly belonged to, or were rented by, but supposes by
them both-he has seenthereArmstrongs & Lyne in bed with the prisoners

And this Informant further saith that on
Sunday the fifth Day of November Instant, being the
Sunday preceding the above Matter in Winchester Street
he went to the Lodgings of Armstrong in blue hart
Court, about six O'Clock in the morning, in consequence
of being asked by Armstrong the Night before-whilst
he was sitting there, Armstrong, and the prisoners
Lyon Abrahams< no role > , and Sanders Alexander< no role > , brought a
Quantity of China in handkerchiefs, consisting of Bow [..]
some Images, and other things-they told Informant
they had got them somewhere in Cheapside-Armstrong
in presence of the prisoners before named said, that
they had opened the House out of which they got
the China, with a pick lock Key, and that there was
plenty of China there, and they would have some
more of it-On the same Sunday in the Evening
Armstrong called at this Informants, said he would
call or him about six the next Morning-he did so
Informant then got up, and went along with him
Armstrong carried a Basket, which he had brought
along with him-they went together to the Magpye
and Punch Bowl Alehouse in Bishopgate Street
had a pot of Beer, and Quartern of Gin-Armstrong
