The humble Petition of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph
Aldgate London

Sheweth

That by an Warrant or Order of Removal bearing date the 28th. day
of August last under the hands and Seals of the Lord Mayor of the City of
London and William Plomer< no role > Esqr . two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the City of London and Liberties thereof one being of the
Quorum whereby Hannah Horbbins< no role > Widow was removed & conveyed
from and out of the Parish of Saint Sepulchres London to the said
Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate London as the place of the last legal
Settlement of the sd. Hannah Horbbins< no role >

Your Petitioners therefore conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the sd Order of Removal do humbly Apepal to this Court
against the same praying such Relief in the Premises
as to your Worships shall seem meet

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
