To the Right Honourbale the Lord Mayor and their
Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the City of London and the Liberties thereof
in their General Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Chipping Ongar in the County of Essex

Sheweth.


That by a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands and
Seals of the Right Honourable Frederic Bull< no role > Esquire Lord Mayor of
the said City and Richard Oliver< no role > Esquire one of the Aldermen
of the said City, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in
and for the said City and Liberties thereof (one of them
being of the Quorum) bearing Date the fourth day of July last
past, Sarah Travell< no role > Aged Thirteen Years Thomas Travell< no role >
Aged Eleven Years and John Travell< no role > Aged Nine Years were
Ordered to be Removed and Conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint Martin in Iron Monger Lane in the said City
of London unto the Parish of Chipping Ongar aforesaid
as the Place of their last legal Settlement whereby your
Petitioners Conceive themselves Aggrieved

Therefore Humbly Appeal to this
Court against the said Pass Warrant
or Order of the said two Justices
