The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Ann
and Agnes within Aldersgate
London
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order of Pass Warrant under the hands
and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace
in and
for the City of London
(one being of the Quorum) dated the
Fifteenth day of August last

Singlewoman
was removed from the Parish of Saint Bartholomew the Great
in the City of London
to the said Parish of Saint Ann and
Agnes within Aldersgate
by the Description of Saint Ann and
Saint Agnes
in the City of London
as the Place of her last
legal Settlement.
That your Petitioners Conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Order of the said two
Justices And therefore humbly Appeal to this
Honourable Court against the Same and Pray
that the Benefit of the said Appeal may
be Saved unto them And that the hearing
and Determination thereof may be adjourned
untill the next General Quarter Session
of the Peace to be holden for the said City
And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
