To the Right Honoble James Townsend< no role > Esquire Lord Mayor of the
City of London and the Right Worshipful the Recorder and the rest
of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the Said City & Liberties
thereof in their General Session Assembled.

The Humble Petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate in the County of
Middlesex .

Sheweth That by virtue of a warrant or order under the hands and Seals
of the Right Honoble. William Nash< no role > Esqr . late Lord Mayor and Sir Robert
Ladbroke Knight two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace of the Said City
and the Liberties thereof bearing Date the Sixth day of November last
Mary Blower< no role > aged Twelve years Sarah Blower< no role > Aged Ten years and Frances
Ann Blower
< no role > aged Seven years Children of William Blower< no role > by Mary his
wife both deced were removed & Conveyed from and out of the Parish of
Saint Andrew in Holborn London into the Said Parish of Saint Botolph
without Aldgate as the Place of their last legal Settlement.

Your Petitionrs Conceiving themselves Aggrieved
by the said Warrant or order do humbly appeal to
this Court against the Same and pray Such Relief
in the Premes as to this Honoble. Court Shall Seem
meet
