Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate
London, and the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Mary in Aldermanbury
London

Whereas Complaint hath this Day been made unto Us,
two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
City of London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quo-
rum, by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate
London, That Richard Archer< no role > Mary< no role > his Wife and
their two Childrens wit John< no role > aged Two Years and
Thomas< no role > aged one Year did
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of Richard Archer< no role > as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and We do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Richard Archer< no role > Mary< no role > his Wife
and their said two Children
to be in the said Parish of Saint Mary

and that thitherto they ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Richard
Archer mary his Wife and their said two Children
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Mary
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there; or to some or one of them, together with
this our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive
and provide for them according to Law. Given under
our Hands and Seals, this Sixth Day of June
One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy two
