The Information of Thomas Rogers< no role >
taken before me this 11th. day of May 1772

Who being upon Oath says that great Quantitie's of Linens and Cottons
the property of this Informant which had been delivered to Messrs.
John Gross< no role > and Thomas Bidwell< no role > Callico Printers at Garratt
to be printed for this Informant are missing and have never
been delivered back to this Informant, that upon Enquiry he
finds that the said John Gross< no role > and Thomas Bidwell are
absconded together with three of their Servants one Lang.
William Hammett< no role > and one Grant, and that he does verily
believes that the Said John Gross< no role > Thomas Bidwell William
Hammett the Said Grant and the said Lang have feloniously
taken and carried may this Informant's said Goods
